Recruitment Consultant - Construction Division Based in our Bristol office.
Due to increased business and expansion we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction division in Cardiff
You will be responsible for managing the labour/candidate pool and the management/development of new and existing clients. You will be an excellent relationship builder with the ability to communicate with clients effectively to fulfill their requirements. Recruitment is fast paced so you need to be organised and able to work to deadlines. You will need to provide the highest standards of customer care to both candidates and clients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure we offer a first class service. You will have excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to build and develop lasting relationships.
Background Requirements: * Knowledge of the Recruitment Industry and experience in the Construction sector or M&E sector
* Excellent verbal and communication skills essential. You must be passionate and target driven with an appetite to want to succeed.
