Meridian Business Support is one of the UK's leading and largest independent Recruitment Consultancies. Established in 1989 and operating from approximately 80 branches, we are a talented team of specialists who recruit within several vertical markets.
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join this busy and successful Industrial team in our Trafford Park office. You will be providing administrative and resourcing support to the consultants.
We are looking for someone who is organised and responsive, someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure we offer a first class service to our clients and candidates. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can easily build and develop relationships and someone who is proactive, methodical and highly organised.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Working with Consultants / Branch Managers to support the co-ordination of the work within the recruitment team
* Helping to pre-screen candidates, checking availability
* Ensuring all candidate records are kept up-to-date and meet compliance
* Knowledge of the Recruitment Industry desirable
* Experience within a customer service/administration related position is essential
* Excellent verbal and communication skills essential
