Meridian Business Support are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator on behalf of our client based in Aberdare.
This position is temporary on-going with a potential of going permanent.
- Manning reception desk dealing with customers either face to face or on the phone whilst being enthusiastic and professional
- Accept deliveries and dispatch parcels
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Support with admin related tasks when required
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
Skills & Experiences
- Previous reception experience essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Data Entry
- Ideally use of Sage
Due to the increase of the national living wage if you are over 25, as of the 1st April 2016 your wage will increase to £7.20 per hour
