A successful and award winning West Oxford business are looking a highly professional and well presented Receptionist/Administrator.
You will be responsible for handling front of house reception and general administration duties, including greeting guests, handling enquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Key responsibilities will include;
- Greeting visitors, providing refreshments and directing them to the right person
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Receipt and distribution of post
- Supporting departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
- Help with fundraising
- Handle social media
- Look after website; liaising with outsourced website provider
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and have a good level of education. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
