A successful and award winning West Oxford business are looking a highly professional and well presented Receptionist/Administrator.

You will be responsible for handling front of house reception and general administration duties, including greeting guests, handling enquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Greeting visitors, providing refreshments and directing them to the right person
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Receipt and distribution of post
  • Supporting departments with ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Help with fundraising
  • Handle social media
  • Look after website; liaising with outsourced website provider

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and have a good level of education. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
