An exciting opportunity has arisen with a client of ours who are world leaders in concession and construction based in the Frenchay / Filton area.
We are looking for a Receptionist/ administrator to join the company to offer excellence in a full spectrum of reception and administrative functions.
You will be expected to work 42 hours a week from 07:45am - 4:45pm from Monday to Thursday and 07:45 - 4:15 on Fridays. This is a temp to perm role with the start date being 21st December. However, the company will close between Christmas and new year, returning 4th January 2016.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing phones
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Providing efficient contact routes when / as necessary
- Maintain correspondence and construction information
