Are you an experienced Receptionist/Front-of-house professional used to working to an exceptionally high standard? We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist at a well-established business centre in Croydon. You will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient front of house and administrative service to the various clients within the centre.

Responsibilities as a Receptionist:

  • Ensure the reception area is maintained to a high standard
  • Greet all visitors upon their arrival and announce their arrival to clients
  • Ensure all visitors sign the visitor's book
  • Ensure the daily mail delivery is sorted and placed in the correct company mail boxes
  • Ensure the postroom is kept secure
  • Coordinate postal requirements for customers
  • Keep accurate records of incoming customer packages
  • Provide a professional telephone answering service, maintaining the switchboard directory and updating records
  • Handle all bookings of meeting rooms as required
  • Ensure all payments for room bookings are taken in advance
  • Provide chargeable administration services for clients as required - filing, photocopying, scanning, printing etc

Requirements as a Receptionist:

  • Previous experience providing a professional reception function
  • Switchboard experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of understanding of MS Office
