Our client based in Pontefract is looking for a receptionist to join the small but friendly team. This is due to expansion. The role will be based on a busy reception dealing with customers and clients - booking them in, arranging board road appointment, processing all calls to the relevant departments.
Basic administration duties which would be done at the reception area. Must have knowledge of Word and Exel.
The hours of work are 8.30 - 5.30 but these start and finish times can be slightly flexed due to any commitments.
The job is temporary to start but could be permanent for the right candidate.
