We're seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be responsible for front of house and telephone switchboard duties for a prestigious manufacturing engineering firm in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
You will be the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries and visitors so excellent telephone and communication skills are essential.
As you will be the first person our visitors will speak to or meet, you will need to be naturally at ease with people and be professional, courteous and friendly at all times.
Your role will include a variety of responsibilities from answering the telephone and managing the reception area, to meeting and greeting visitors and booking out company pool cars. Some administrative tasks such as typing, photo-copying and filing may be required.
We don't ask for any formal qualifications but good communication and organisational skills are essential, as is a caring nature and a genuine interest in delivering customer service which is second to none.
