An excellent opportunity has become available to join a successful Derby business as a Receptionist.
This is a full time position to start as soon as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Dealing with face to face enquirers
- Taking high volumes of incoming calls via the switchboard
- Ensure that all calls and enquiries are handled within the required times frames.
- Administrative support as required
- Must have experience of working in a reception/ switchboard role
- Excellent keyboard and Microsoft office skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Good listening skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads
- Work as part of a team
- Be able to remain polite and professional at all times
- Be able to work to own Initiative
