Are you super-organised with outstanding communication skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro- active candidate to join the project support team and be responsible for taking a project from start to completion.
You will be coordinating customer orders to a swift and efficient conclusion and accurately reporting project progress and deadlines whilst identifying and escalating any project holds to the Project Support Manager for commercial assistance.
You will be liaising with the customers IT personnel and be working alongside their internal Implementation department to coordinate software configuration. You will be preparing all internal departments for a customers 1st "live" run of documents and supporting the customer through this process.
It is expected that you will be able to work efficiently in a highly structured environment in a methodical and logical way whilst keeping to tight deadlines. This is a very busy role so you will be able to priorities appropriately and manage multiple projects by planning and organising your own activities accordingly.Previous work in a project related role or similar is essential for this role.
Please note you will be able to relay technical information clearly to a technical or non - technical audience so clear and concise communication skills are essential.
