We are looking for a candidate who; can deliver exceptional customer service, build trusting and lasting relationships with both customers and clients. The ideal candidate should also; have the confidence to sell and promote relevant products alongside problem solving and meeting and exceeding promises made to customers. The role involves; Calculating the cost and sale prices of each allocated project, Proactively reviewing customer accounts and resolving any complaints or issues the customer may have. Promoting and selling products and ensuring customers always feel valued.
