Are you an organised and proactive Project Administrator with excellent Customer Service experience? An award winning IT organisation is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team based in Milton Keynes. Salary £19-21k per annum plus benefits working Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30.
As Project Coordinator you will be the first point of call for all daily customer and supplier contact. You will be taking customer orders and processing these ensuring actions taken accordingly including scheduling engineers and contractors, ensuring available resource is allocated to each order, resolving any queries and keeping the database updated ready for invoicing.
You will have previous experience in a scheduling role with large, fast paced roll outs liaising with engineers and contractors to complete work across various sites throughout the UK. You will have excellent project administration skills, and be comfortable on the phone demonstrating the ability to multi task showing great attention to detail. You will be confident, willing to learn and adapt with proven experience of working on your own initiative. You will be competent in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as databases.
It is essential you live locally within the Milton Keynes area for this role, you will be office based.
