An opportunity has arisen for a talented, energetic and driven B2B Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding company based in North Oxford.
The Business Development Manager will possess a solution/service-led sales approach, commercial awareness and exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Graduate calibre with a proven track record of B2B hi-tech sales, ideally IT software solution related and with a strong new business acquisition focus
- Self-motivated and results focused with high levels of energy & drive.
- Ability to follow up on leads from various sources, create own opportunities, manage the funnel and create solid business relationships.
- Competent telesales experience to support the Sales team in generating and managing opportunities
- Responsible for Salesforce for tracking of leads, opportunities and reporting to the business
