Project Administrator 2 - 3 weeks temporary contract £10 -£11 per hour
Set in a beautiful rural location in West Oxfordshire, our client, a global communications consultancy, are looking for a talented Project Administrator to join their award winning business on a temporary basis.
The role involves working through a documented process to collate and check project folders on the server to ensure they contain the following:
- all relevant review and approval documents
- the final manuscript version at each stage of the review and approval process
- any relevant source material
- where information is missing, it will need to be found and extracted from our centralised email account
Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills are required along with a methodical approach and a good working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel.
Due to the location your own transport is required.
