Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator on a temporary basis for a well established client based in Glasgow City Centre. Working as part of a fantastic business, the ideal candidate should; be able to work within a fast paced environment and prioritize work loads.
The desired candidate should be able to manage and prioritize all work quickly and efficiently. With the ability to work to dead lines and ensuring all work is completed when required. Liaising with other employees; the candidate should display a natural ability to get on with others and work along side other team members with ease.
This role involves; Data entry by uploading positions from customer applications onto system, Covering reception duties if and when required. Updating customer surveys, Completing daily summaries of each Project Coordinator by the amount of queries received, the ability to identify who is performing well within the business and daily use of Abort Monitor.
