We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.
The successful candidate will support the Project Managers and Officers in performing the following core activities:
- Co-ordination and management of databases and files to accurately reflect task status
- Creation and updating requirements documents assuring consistency of proposals
- Loading of data within SAP and Excel databases
- Expediting and administrative support for the preparation of documentation
- General administrative activities
The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer liaison skills.
