Client based in Birmignham is looking for an experienced administrator to support the operations activities of the business bu providing effective and efficient administration.
You will need to ensure that;
- All works orders are processed and delivered on time
- All necessary paperwork complete
- All system updates complete
- All filing complete
- Internal customers provided order status information
- Incoming goods are inspected by works
- All goods accurately loaded onto system
This role is based in a small office in the factory whereby there will be a lot if interuptoins and noise. Previous experience is essential.
