The main responsibility of the Product /Marketing Assistant is to provide support to the Business and Product Directors and Product Managers by assisting with the product development process and global communication of all brand initiatives. The support required will include: * Prepare Market and Product Requirement documents: * the co-ordination of single item photography, communicating with and booking the photographer and editing house and managing the return of all photography across all brands. * the collation of global NPI sample requirements per season, liaising with global markets and managing the on time delivery to them of all their samples. * Creation of legal name search and backstamp forms as requested and follow through with legal team to ensure on time approval. * Review and undertake market and competitor review to help identify current and future product and market categories and opportunities, including concept rationale, pricing and SKU formats. * Input data on SAP for product introductions across brands * Provide general administration for the product team to include: * management of the daily post - collection and delivery of postal items/ samples, products and for the packing of items for courier deliveries, including the log and tracking of any parcels sent by courier. * Creation of weekly whereabouts chart for team * Booking of train tickets for the product team * Raising, tracking and receipting of Purchase Orders and monitoring budgets for the team * Any adhoc typing, printing, photocopying, scanning and preparation of reports or presentations as required
