Meridian Business Support are currently seeking a talented customer service advisor to join the Product Service Delivery Team for a busy client in Ellesmere Port. As a member of a high performing operational team you will be required to undertake work across all areas of the Product Services Delivery Team.
They key areas of the role include complex processing of conveyancing and property searches as well as handling internal and external queries. You will also be required to make outbound calls to take payment for property searches and offer Conveyancing services on applicable cases. You will also be responsible for inbound and outbound telephony processing/data capture for remortgage customers to validate information passed to our law firms.
The role requires great attention to detail as you will be managing your own caseload of clients. A key part of the role is data entry, computer literacy and using Excel, so experience/confidence in these areas would be beneficial.
You will be responsible to ensure that your workload is completed within service levels with consistently high level of customer service and call quality achieved. You will also be required to assist in building management tasks and liaise with external contractors in an appropriate and professional manner.
You will be based at the Ellesmere Port office and your normal weekly hours of 37.5 hours on a rota working 0800-1630, 0830-1700, 0900-1730 Monday to Friday and 1 in 6 Saturdays.
