My client a forward thinking, global brand based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for the position of PA/EPA, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work with a leader in their industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a one to one basis at Director Level.
- To assist client in the administrative function of their role
- To manage the extensive business diaries of my client and she duel commitments and meetings
- Responsible for correspondence,
- Exercise judgment, skill and expertise in creating documents, diagrams tables etc. Using a variety of software including, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio and Vantage
- To reconcile expenditure from both floats and credit card purchases.
- Keep confidential all classified & confidential information & Material.
- Support HR with responsibilities as and when required
- To update & maintain all Administration records for the HR function, including Sap and paper based records.
Salary up to £35:000
