We are looking for a Personal Assistant whose principal role is to provide support for busy and demanding Lawyers' within the area of Private Client work i.e. Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Grant of Probate. We are one of the UK's leading providers of support services to the legal sector. With more than 900 people based in 49 client sites and two shared services centres. We help law firms save time and money by improving the quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.
As our newly appointed PA, you will become involved in all aspects of the management and execution of your allocated Lawyers' day to day workload by providing exceptional and proactive administrative support. This could span from managing their diaries, arranging meetings, booking conference rooms, organising travel arrangements and supporting the partners with the preparation of their pitches and presentations to clients. Your active interest in our clients and lawyers thorough understanding of all aspects of their requirements will enable you to provide exceptional service!

You will be assessed on your ability to perform the role and therefore please ensure you have the following within your skill set. Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute, advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and research tools. Ideally you will come from a Legal PA background; alternatively we would welcome CV's from high level experienced PA's who have worked for more that one Director ideally.
With a flexible and dependable approach to work, demonstrating that you can take the initiative to be thinking one step ahead of our Lawyers' at all time you will quickly build confidence, respect and trust in them and others in the business.
In return you will be paid a competitive salary of £20-23k per annum and can expect to receive a flexible benefits package which includes rewards such as love to shop and childcare vouchers, plus medical and dental plans. Working in super modern offices on the outskirts of Maidstone, which is an area that boosts great shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
