Personal Assistant required to join the international division of this highly regarded worldwide company located in the heart of Oxford.
We are looking for a bright, confident and driven individual to provide administration support the Managing Director. It will be a challenging and varied role and will involve diary management, comprehensive travel planning, meeting arrangement and recording of meeting minutes. Working as part of the international division, the majority of your team will be based overseas, so you need to be comfortable working on your own and communicating with your colleagues by email and phone. Working hours will be 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday to incorporate the time difference.
You will have at least one years experience within an administrative or PA role and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This role could be an ideal opportunity for a more junior PA looking to build on their PA career.
