Meridian Business Support are looking for a number of experienced proven Perm Recruiters to join our growing team working from home supported by our National Perm Manager.

The role of the Permanent Recruitment Consultant is to:
- Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
- Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within the remit of your territory and specialism
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
- Win new exciting accounts
- Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate:
Strong new business development skills, a desire to win over target clients and candidates, self-motivation to earn lots of money!
