I am currently recruiting for a temporary Payroll assistant for my client near Yeovil there is a possibility this could go permanent for the right person.
You will be processing payroll for 250 staff on a weekly basis. It will involve collating all the hours from the swipe card system (clocking in/out). This software is called Timeware. They will then check off the hours with the line managers and check they are happy to authorise the hours. These hours are then uploaded to an excel spreadsheet and payroll calculated from there. The role will also involve liaising with agencies regarding temp hours and also issuing clock cards.
Monday-Friday Full time hours.
Salary: £19000 PA
Transport required due to rural location.
