Meridian are recruiting for a parts and service administrator for our client based in crewe.
The successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the parts administration, identifying parts required off the database looking after the ordering of parts from the parent company, placing orders on sage which will soon move to SAP One
Forwarding instructions to despatch.
Booking goods in.
Daily planning of the service administration and warranty as required.
General office tasks.
Must be confident in excel and word.
Good telephone manner and communicator.
Some marketing experience would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a part and service environment i.e automotive or plant.
Competitive annual salary dependant on experience.

Hours of work are 37.5 Monday -Friday
8.30am -5pm Mon - thurs
8.30am - 4.30pm - Fri
Hours of work could change due to clients being in different time zones.
