Part Time School Administrator
This temporary role is working as a Sixth Form School Administrator. The post holder will provide clerical and administrative support to the school on a part time basis. Answering queries from students and parents via email, telephone and face to face, you will be a presence in the office Monday to Friday. Your well organised and methodical nature will be utilised to assist in the coordination of school events and your keen attention to detail will help you to keep clear, accurate attendance records. Strong written communication skills are also required to compose and distribute notices via email and letter.
The hours are 8.00am - 2.30pm (with some flexibility for the right candidate)
Interviews are taking place during week commencing 14th December 2015 with the view to the post holder starting on Tuesday 5th January 2016
