My client is looking to recruit a part time Sales ledger and credit controller, on a temp to perm basis. This role is a job share, and you will work between 2 and 3 days a week, 9 till 17:00pm.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Sale Ledger Accounts - credit limits, contact details
- Produce suggest invoice list and carry out invoice run of delivered job
- Update sales ledger and update quotes
- Collate, scan and documents important information i.e. sickness and lateness
- Cover Reception
- Making Refreshments
The ideal person must have excellent organisational , planning and communicating skills.
Hours - Monday , Tuesday plus another day 9 till 17:00pm
Pay - £8 to £8.50
must be available ASAP.
