Part time Sales Ledger and Credit Controller

My client is looking to recruit a part time Sales ledger and credit controller, on a temp to perm basis. This role is a job share, and you will work between 2 and 3 days a week, 9 till 17:00pm.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Sale Ledger Accounts - credit limits, contact details
  • Produce suggest invoice list and carry out invoice run of delivered job
  • Update sales ledger and update quotes
  • Collate, scan and documents important information i.e. sickness and lateness

Additional Responsibilities

  • Cover Reception
  • Arching/filing/faxing/scanning/photocopying
  • Making Refreshments

The ideal person must have excellent organisational , planning and communicating skills.

Hours - Monday , Tuesday plus another day 9 till 17:00pm

Pay - £8 to £8.50

must be available ASAP.
