Part TIme Sales Administrator

My client in Yeovil is looking for a part time Sales Administrator, on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role will include:

  • Answering the telephone and being fist point of contact for the company
  • Issuing delivery notes
  • Processing orders using Sage 50
  • Updating stock levels
  • Booking couriers for delivery's and collections
  • Logging email orders and keeping the inbox up together and tidy
  • General admin duties

The person:

  • Working knowledge of Sage 50
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Happy to work in a casual environment

The hours for the role are Monday-Friday, 9am-2.30pm

Hourly rate will be dependent on experience
