We are a global manufacturing business and are looking for a new Part-time Receptionist to join our team. As a corporate and professional business your role will be to provide a first-class reception service, greeting visitors from across the globe who come to see our team.
We view this role with great importance as you are the first point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders. We would like you to have had some reception experience and be familiar with a multi-line switchboard and enjoy working in a busy environment. Your role involves administrative support for the business including but not limited to diary management, raising purchase orders, dealing with the daily post and arranging meetings, venues and appropriate refreshments.
The role is operated on a job-share basis and you must be flexible and able to cover our morning Receptionist during holidays. This will initially work as a fixed term contract for 12 months and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 1pm-5.30pm totalling 22.5 hours per week. The salary is £10,341.58 per annum, there is a health care cash plan, competitive pension contribution.
