We are now looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist for a Nottingham based organisation.
Main purpose of this role is to provide a welcoming, supportive and safe environment for customers.
This role requires applicants to be very customer focused and have a proactive nature.
The duties would be to deal with customer queries, requests and any problems either face to face, by telephone or in writing. Undertake business administrative duties including using of Microsoft system. Support Special events and functions and be flexible with working hours.
Hours of work could be various : 7.30am - 1.30 pm / 3.30pm - 9.30pm / 8.30am - 4.30pm
Tidy, replenish and restock drinks dispense machines. Ensure the Reception area is clean and tidy.
Carry out other reception duties as and when required.
