FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INBOUND/OUTBOUND ADVISORS!
Meridian Business Support have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients in Ellesmere Port.
Our client are looking to expand their Product Service Delivery Team and are looking for 2 talented Outbound Service Advisor to work part time evenings.
Working hours are between 0900-2100 Monday-Friday, with the requirement to work 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks. More overtime is available for those who desire it. The pay rate per hour is £7.65.
The ideal candidate would be someone with a customer service background who is confident making outbound calls to existing customers. This is NOT a cold calling sales role; calls are made to pre-existing customers who have requested this service. You will however be assertive yet polite, be accountable with the ability to work as an individual to make informed decisions as well as follow instruction where required.
Experience within a mortgage or an estate agent background would be beneficial as skills would transfer well into this role. However this experience is not essential as training will be given. Experience using computers/Microsoft systems is essential for this role.
