Position: Part Time Administrator
Hours: Wednesday-Friday 0830-1600
Pay Rate: £8 per hour
Contract: 12 week temp to perm position - salary increase after 12 weeks
Person Spec:
The right candidate will have a flexible approach to hours and days as there may be periods of additional cover required eg. Holidays or sickness. You will be a multi-tasker, able to work unsupervised and manage your own workload.
This is a small business and you will be working within a farming/factory environment which can be dirty and dusty. The role requires you to be pro-active and you will be the right hand to the Office Manager. You will be a team player, everyone in this company goes above and beyond to make it a profitable business.
As this is a small business you are required to work hard and contribute. There is no ability for you to be carried by others however, there is the opportunity for you to make a difference, ideas and opinion for improvement are listened too and acted upon. You will have an understanding nature and excellent rapport building skills .
Description of Duties:
(Include but are not limited to)
Working within the office you will be using Sage line 50.
Processing orders;
Account Managing;
Booking in Orders/Deliveries;
Sending out Quotes;
Data Input;
Admin/general filing;
Invoices;
Franking Mail;
Other duties as required.
Experience of Sage is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
Interviews for this position will be held W/C 4th April 2016.
