PA, Herefordshire - Salary negotiable on experience
Contract position - 2016
You will organise the CEO/Director's diary, managing the itinerary and customer visits, to arrange visas, travel and accommodation, able to plan, organise and manage the annual events.
You will plan and organise Board meetings, annual performance reviews and coaching sessions, ensuring the completion and delivery of projects, you ideally will have experience of within a technology led business.
Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with external and internal suppliers and customers in relation to special projects, tasks include the requirement to plan and organise quarterly coaching and annual performance reviews on behalf of the CEO, ensuring the internal booklet is up to date and produce presentations for the new starters.
Able to handle and resolve issues, you will support key department, providing support to international offices and provide general assistance such as operations and recruitment.
Ideally, you will have experience in the area of Sharepoint, maintaining the general structure and contents of the SharePoint application, maintaining the workflow and resolve issues
Also, the contract job role will have elements of facilities management, requiring an ability to adapt within an interesting and fast growing company.
