We are currently recruiting for Experienced PA's and Secretary's for our City centre client:

PA duties:

  • Co-ordinate and Manage diary's
  • Travel arrangements
  • Ensure all meeting arrangements are organized and confirmed
  • Manage the flow of all internal and external mail
  • Process expenses
  • Minute taking
  • Audio and copy typing

Secretary duties:

  • Audio and copy typing
  • General administration
  • Filtering calls to relevant contact
  • Diary management
