The role is to ensure that all aspects of meetings/conferences are organised, and agendas developed. Ensuring that appropriate equipment is available and set up (e.g. projectors).
You will attend and accurately minute complex meetings/events as required. This is a key element to the success of the role.
Manage relationships with PA's of client representatives and other external partners.
Your communication skills will be used to communicate complex and sensitive information with a range of staff internally and externally.
Managing diaries of the relevant staff within Provider Management as necessary, in a pro-active and efficient manner, based on all information from emails, meeting requests and travel itineraries.
Assist the team in the preparation of reports, presentations etc.
Use your own intitiative to screen visitors and calls; sort and prioritise emails.
