We are recruiting for a Part Time Client Services Administrator to join a friendly team on an ongoing temporary basis to start ASAP
The hours of the role are 8am - 4pm on Monday & Tuesday, although the client is willing to make this up to 16 hours if candidates so desire.
This is a great opportunity to join a global firm, in a stable role that is ongoing and likely to run for at least the rest of the year.
Applicants will need to be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and willing to complete a short, online assessment.
Please note that due to the nature of this company, there are additional background checks required. These include a Criminal Record Disclosure and also a Financial Sanctions check. Applicants must be willing to undergo these as standard.
Duties of the role will include:
- Communication with clients of the company over the telephone
- Manipulating data/formulae within Excel
- Reporting to the line manager any findings
- Liaising with production department
Skills & experience needed:
- Being able to deal with all types of high profile clients as well as production team members alike
- An intermediate user of Excel as a minimum
- The ability to pick up new computer systems quickly
