We are seeking a new member of staff for our client based in Yeovil who specialise in international & educational travel and tours.
This role focuses on booking hotels and meals for the students; including making reservations or confirming services with appropriate vendors. You will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure all specific tour requirements and needs are met and maintain deadlines and assist with producing departmental specific reports. Innovation is key too, as you will be expected to research new products for customised and catalogue programmes.
The role requires someone who is highly organised, works well under pressure and reacts quickly to change. You must have excellent administration and IT skills, and a professional telephone manner.
