Meridian are currently looking to speak with experienced Administrators especially those that have worked in an operations or industrial environment.

This is a long term temporary contract and will be based at our clients site in Grangemouth.

Key Accountability's / Requirements

  • Ensuring the customer receives a first class service at all times to stipulated timescales. During times of high traffic volume, you can be working under pressure to process vehicles quickly and accurately
  • The job role mostly involves data entry. You are required to have a meticulous eye for detail to ensure all data entered into the computer systems is 100% accurate. Therefore, excellent keyboard and computer skills essential.
  • You are required to check all paperwork ensuring they have all the correct documentation note as well as checking records to ensure correct procedures are always followed.
  • Must be confident communicator, able to talk on internal radios and communicate professionally by telephone and email. A large part of the job involves communicating with lorry drivers and employees should be able to converse appropriately as well as maintaining good relations with other departments and external agencies.

All applicants must have a strong administration background, be flexible when it comes to overtime and covering holidays, have high level of customer skills and be confident and competent working on various computer systems.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1600
