We are recruiting for a Operations/Business Manager who will be responsible for running and growing a successful, well established company in the Croydon area.
As Operations/Business Manager, your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Operations - managing the sales/aftersales/quality control/warehouse teams, overseeing the management of the office, and managing company vehicles and insurances
- Finance - invoicing, banking, cash flow management, credit card reconciliation, employee expenses, paying VAT/Corporation TAX, producing reports, liaising with an external accountant
- Staffing - recruiting and training employees, managing sickness and annual leave, processing payroll
- Marketing - managing all advertising (print, digital), managing an external agency, looking after the website
- Health & Safety - ensuring compliance and updating/training employees
- Legal - handling any settlements, representing the company in court cases
