Are you a Customer Service Professional with an excellent telephone manner? We are recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join this growing Recycling organisation based in Crayford.
Salary £17,500 plus excellent benefits working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
As Operations Administrator you will take ownership of internal and external customers and liaise with other teams to ensure customer expectations are met, input orders and manage contacts on the in-house computer system, Work with the Operations Supervisor to plan driver's routes to maximise route efficiency and support the pre-brief and de-brief with drivers on a daily basis.
With previous Customer Service experience within a manufacturing or similar environment, you will complete company paper work with a high attention to detail, reporting any discrepancies and making amendments as required and assisting with the management of all the vehicles.
Utilising your excellent IT skills, you will be using a customer database regularly, keeping information up to date, as well as using Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily basis so good working knowledge of using these packages with excellent attention to detail is absolutely essential.
