An exciting Office Assistant opportunity as arisen at a growing and highly successful international distributor/wholesaler in Croydon. You will provide varied administration support across the business.
Responsibilities as an Office Assistant:
- Facilities administration - arranging maintenance services
- General admin including photocopying, scanning, post, filing and word processing
- Reception duties - dealing with incoming calls and meeting and greeting guests
- Arranging meeting rooms
- Ordering stationery, warehouse and office supplies
- Maintaining spreadsheets and documentation
- Supporting the health & safety officer when needed
- Providing admin support and cover to other team members across the business
