An exciting position has become avaialble with our clients in Paulton.
The role of office assistant will encompass lots of different tasks and no two days will be the same.
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
£9 per hour
The role will involve:
- General admin duties: On the phone/typing/emailing/filing/scanning/photocopying
- Dealing with post in and out
- Book pricing (training will be given)
- Purchase ordering
- Electronic Invoicing
- Covering for different departments when needed
- Ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- A basic knowledge of invoicing and dealing with financial admin
- Strong excel skills
- A willingness to learn
- A muck In attitude
All training will be given in this role. It is initially a 2 month temporary role but potential to be extended and to go permanent.
