Fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Office Administrator, working hours 09:30 - 14:30 5 days a week.
We are looking for some who can demonstrate they have a good eye for detail, Excellent IT capabilities, especially using Excel spreadsheets, self motivated when doing repetitive work and enthusiastic.
Training will be provided on all office based systems used, Microsoft AX and others.
You be responsible for:-
Checking Supplier invoices - Querying supplier invoices / cost control - Processing invoice payments.
Checking customer costs - Updating data on system.
This is an ongoing position with excellent potential of future development for the right person !!
