Are you an organised administrator with good Excel skills looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support production and sales for this well established manufacturing company based in Stoke on Trent. Salary up to £18k working 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, plus 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus more benefits!
As Office Administrator you will provide support to the sales and production departments ensuring production updates are logged daily on Excel, print and distribute work in progress lists, summary sheets and wages sheet. You will collate weekly sales stats, produce delivery notes, as well as ad hoc duties such as filing, opening post, and checking of timesheets.
It is essential you have office administration experience with good working knowledge of Excel (formatting, filtering and formulas in particular), ideally from a manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail is required with the ability to prioritise your own workload and hit deadlines.
Your own transport would be preferred due to the location of the company.
This role would suit a Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Sales Office Support, Sales Coordinator, Production Administrator or similar.
