We are searching for a temporary ongoing Office coordinator for our client based in Saint Ives.

This is essential a role that involves telephone work, administration and input and mainlining records.

The main aspect of the role is to participate fully in the fault management of calls for all customers supported by our client. Duties include but are not limited to:

Provide regular updates to external customers, Resource management of external contractors

To meet customer's SLAs within contracted timescales, Planning, co-ordination and implementation of fault repair.
