Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting on behalf of an organisation who provide the world's leading gas and electricity suppliers with a package of solutions which includes all aspects of utility connections, meter asset provision & maintenance, and data & energy management.
Within this role you will be responsible for making appointments for engineers, processing requests for installations and monitoring the workload of engineers against the agreed service levels set for customers. Although this will predominantly be a customer service administrative based role, you will also be required to make appointments and liaise with clients and engineers over the telephone; via outgoing and incoming calls.
It is essential that the desired candidate has strong PC and administrative skills, and is experienced at using MS Excel. As well as this, you should be articulate, have an eye for detail and poses excellent communication skills.
