Meridian Health are currently recruiting for Health Records Clerks to assist their records department in a busy hospital in east Liverpool.
Hours are 6am-2pm and 2pm-8pm on a weekly rota Monday-Friday.
Successful candidates will need experience of an administration background, ideally in a similar role working with records in a health or legal setting.
They will need to provide evidence of using scanning machines and prepping and indexing paperwork.
You will need to work well in a team environment and be able to work to tight deadlines and KPI levels with a low/0 error rate. Your work will also be audited regularly to ensure that any error rate is kept within acceptable levels.
A current enhanced DBS check will need to be in place before you can begin work at the hospital and this will be discussed at phone interview before you are booked in to register with Meridian. If you do not already hold a current DBS check, one will be sent for you prior to starting work.
This is a band 2 temporary ongoing position through the RA. All assignments will remain temporary whilst working with Meridian, however, there may be opportunities to go permanent with the trust at a later date.
