Materials Management Assistant
We are recruiting for a candidate to join the Procurement Department at a busy hospital in the Stockport area.
Responsibilities of the role will include;
- Processing requisitions
- Monitoring stock availability, delivery times and date - taking the appropriate remedial action.
- Maintenance of all electronic records, and associated stock levels
The ideal candidate will posses
- Experience of Microsoft and Database packages
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Fantastic organisational, communication and customer service skills
This is a 6 month fixed term contract - 30 hours per week. The position is Band 3 with salary starting at £8.01 per hour, this uplifts to £8.53 per hour following 12 weeks in role.
