An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Co-ordinator to join a successful international organisation based in Kidlington. As part of the Accommodation department you will be responsible for handling enquiries received by phone and email, coordinating corporate reservations, processing payments. This is a busy customer focused role which will require a positive and proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in the hotel industry, or in a front of house role would be advantageous.
This is a full time position working on a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, including bank holidays. Working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm and 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and one weekend a month 8:30am - 11:30am Saturday and Sunday.
