Human Resources Executive - Herefordshire - £23000 per year
A world leader across the globe, my client is now seeking an individual to join this interesting business.
Reporting to the Operation Director, your role will be to assist in the sourcing and selection of personnel to operate in the field.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include sourcing and selecting prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements, monitoring and updating the human resources of the operations database with any changes to field staff availability/training/skills/generate staff requisitions.
You will part of the vetting process that looks at CVs and all other recruitment processes, maintaining, accurately paper and electronic manpower records and conduct regular audits, producing and updating CVs.
Coordinate, develop and contribute to project briefings and de-briefings, you will liaise with internal stakeholders and external manpower agency to assist with completion of manpower processes, involved in tasks that include processing expenses.
Ideally, with previous recruitment experience, often stated but provable experience in the ability to prioritise workload, you will have excellent IT skills (mainly MS Word and Outlook), able to source and select prospective field contractors for live projects and bid requirements
